They are Pros - every one I met or or worked with - from the owners right down to every install worker. They were courteous, hard-working and professional and were most interested in seeing that they did exactly what I wanted. No tricks or surprises - just a well-built system that was installed when they said it would be and one that delivers the power promised at the price quoted.
