The team thatperformedthe installation was extremely professional and courteous. I felt the pricing was less than competitive but timing was an issue for my install. The pre-sales engineering and design was lacking. I asked to put the maximum number of panels my roof could support. My roof could actually support two additional panels which was no longer an option without an upgrade to my inverter. <br /><br /> The back office support for submitting paperwork to the state and utilities was very effective and efficient. They made the process as easy as can be. <br />My only advice would you be challenge the design and cost of upgrades or expansions prior to making a commitment.
