I think Verde Solar Power was very professional. They did everything they could to get things done in a timely fashion and get everything approved in a timely fashion as well. There were more problems from APS and the city. The city actually gave us the most problems. It was a new guy exercising his power as far as approving things.<br />But they put the panels onto the roof over my garage properly and explained everything--what they were doing and why they had to make sure it was done that way rather than just screwed through the roof like one of my neighbor's panels, which flew right off. They seemed very competent and professional and were very friendly. <br />The owner is really a nice guy. I called him once because I had a question about a year after the installation. He actually dropped by the next day and checked things out. He ended up altering something. There wasn't anything broken; it was just electrical. Something was set differently than he wanted it to be. <br />I've got nothing but praise for them. It's expensive, but the credits help. I have no experience with pricing solar, so I just don't know how competitive their rates are. When you're in my age group, you don't do it for yourself. You do it for the value of your house and for the future.
