They provided an outstanding product and the customer service was refreshingly good. In this fast paced age we live in it is still nice to know that there are people like David Spanier with Superior Solar that take great pride in their work, the product they deliver and personalized customer service. The great customer service does not end with David though, it extends through the entire chain of employees. From the installers to the sales force, all of them exceeded my expectations for a great product and customer service. During the initial layout stage they brought to my attention the two alternatives for running the plumbing for the solar panels, across the roof or underground with the rest of the new pool plumbing. During the install phase they were very thorough, had great installers who were persistent on letting them paint the solar piping on the house, which turned out great, glad they were persistent. The install came out very clean and at first glance is hard to tell that my house even has solar panels on the roof. They also sent a follow-up email asking how things were going and a hand written thank you card with gourmet brownies in the mail. Very impressed with the finished product and the experience as a whole. I would highly recommend Superior Solar and David Spanier if you are looking for a great product, knowledgeable sales representatives and installers and customer service that is some of the best I have come across in a long time.
