We had a flawless installation that started earlier than expected, was completed well ahead of schedule and even received our "Permit To Operate" earlier than usual. Every single person on the SunRun (and Horizon Solar, our local installer) team was a pleasure to work with.<br /><br />My only complaint, and it is minor in the greater scheme of things, our initial contact Horizon salesperson, after spending an entire afternoon in pleasant conversation discussing all of our options and choices, and promising to be "by our side" through the entire process, we never heard from him again.
