I agree with the other reviews here. Everything about our experience with Photon Brothers was 5-star, from start to finish. After placing my initial phone call, John came out to our home 2 days later (in a snow storm.) He had prepared a detailed project and quote for us ahead of time. He stayed 2-3 hours and answered all of our questions. By the end of the meeting we were signing up for solar. After researching other companies/products ahead of time we felt very comfortable with Photon Brothers and SunPower.<br /><br />From there was just a waiting game, especially with the lengthy approval process in Adams County. During this time I had a few random questions for John in which he was quick to reply back. Most contact during this time comes from a project manager who is also quick to reply back. The only thing I can criticize is the lack of communication during this time, and maybe that is just me being needy. It is a big commitment and would have liked a few more updates even if all they said was that there was no update and things were on track. My project did get pushed back by 2 weeks and I had a very short notice of this. This was due to production issues I was told.<br /><br />Then came the installation phase; Brandon was the Installation Manager on my project, and I can't say enough great things about Brandon, his team, and the work they do. I have OCD cleanliness issues, and when I would get home each day I couldn't even tell that anyone had been in & around my house. I am still impressed with the condition they left my home and how clean and neat everything was installed. I inspected the wires that needed to be installed and everything was very neatly tucked away and just perfect. Brandon had to move a portion of a large desk in my office to install a wire, and I couldn't even tell he had moved it, he put it back exactly where it was before. I didn't know this, but when he moved it one of the frames on the attached bookshelf fell and the glass broke. Brandon came back the next day with a very nice new frame for me (even better than the one I had before.) I told him he didn't have to do that, but that's just the type of person Brandon is. After install and inspection he explained the system to me and helped me log online to show me how to monitor.<br /><br />I can't rave enough about our experience with Photon Brothers and would recommend them to anyone considering solar!
