I began the process of looking for a solar company in late 2014. My sister recommended SUNation to me. I met with Steve Foley and immediately knew I would be purchasing a system through this company. From the first time Steve was wonderful. He took time to answer all my questions and help to ensure that I understood everything before signing the contracts. <br /> Once we signed the owner of the company called me to welcome me to the solar "family". SUNation handled all aspects of obtaining permits and they were inconstant communication with me. They could not have made the process and more simpler and enjoyable for my husband and myself. Nicole and Tammy have been wonderful to work with and also were in contact either via e-mail phone, or regular mail. <br /> The installation took 2 days. Every installer that came to my home was professional and informative with explaining the new system to us. Once the installation was completed the main installer walked my husband and myself through the whole system and made sure that all our question were answered prior to leaving. <br /> After the installation was completed the office provided me with all the paper work and numbers needed to call in order to get permits. They even sent me all the paperwork that the inspector needed. (They actually sent me 2 copies one for myself and one for the inspector and even separated it and labeled it!!)<br /> I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and would highly recommend them!!!! If you want a great solar system and do not want a headache call SUNation. They made the process so easy all I basically had to do was sign forms and they too care of all the rest.
