failure to pass inspection and provide hook up system

I signed up with Vivint Solar last February and I'm still waiting to pass the local government inspection. First inspection failed because Vivint filed the wrong plans with the city. You would think Vivint would know what each city requires before they submit plans. The second inspection scheduled 2 weeks later was cancelled as Vivint didn't pay some fees to the city for the new inspection. Again you would think Vivint would know about any fee requirements. I'm waiting to be notified when the third inspection will take place but not holding my breath as the Vivint account people seem to have an aversion to notifying customers about the status of their system. No one contacted me to advise of the inspection problems. It's now July and I have not saved a penny in energy costs by signing up with Vivint. The only bright spot is that Vivint stockholders aren't making any money because of this incompetence.
