My experience with Thirsty Lake included a thorough site analysis, clear information and answers to all my questions, reliable scheduling, a clear and thorough proposal, efficient installation and city approval, and pricing exactly as quoted. The whole process was fully explained and very organized. A bonus to me was a discount and a donation by the company to a non-profit organization I belong to.<br /><br />My system has been installed for only a short time, so some of the specific ratings below are based on partial information.
