It took Vivent over a year to complete the installation and for our system to function. I was promised that it would only take 3 months! There was excuse after excuse, delays were always blamed on someone else. I took down my Vivent solar sign outside my house because I don't want to support the company anymore or have someone experience what I went through. It remains to be seen whether or not we will save any money on our electricity and now I am concerned that this was not the best plan/service to use.
