Good luck ever getting a hold of this company if you have a problem.<br />(our rooftop solar water heater started leaking only six months after our agent paid over 500$ for it to be repaired)<br /><br />You are instantly put on hold for 5-10 minutes before anyone answers, and once they do, if you have a problem you are put on hold again for another 10 minutes only to find out that the person you want to talk to is "not at his desk", or "out for lunch" (at 3PM).<br /><br />I have called everyday for 3 weeks now and go through this exact same sequence every time. It's absolutely absurd. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.<br /><br />There are a lot of choices for Solar these days....we thank god every day we didn't choose to move forward on installing PV solar panels with them (a significantly bigger investment).
