It's been a long time since I experience the kind of GREAT customer support I received at the altE store from Amy and her sales team. I purchased one of their Morningstar Tristar MPPT 60 charge controllers for my solar system, and the product was delivered quickly and safely packaged. What I enjoyed most about altE is that they "KNOW" their products. Amy went above and beyond to even download a manual for the charge controller I was purchasing to see what some of the requirements were for some of my technical questions I asked her. Most sale reps simply sell the product and have no technical knowledge about the item, but not at altE. I will definitely be buying more products from this store in the future. I highly recommend altE store to others interested in getting into solar energy. And again, thanks altE team for all your help!
