Crystal Felice reviewed my usage and sold me on my system during our first conversation. She conveyed the knowledge, and compassion lacking in many sales people. Had the system not been good for me I totally believe she would have not sold me. Her honesty is so refreshing. Everything was completed as stated and the only wait time was for the City inspection.
