I was not told the truth about the cost from the first meeting with my salesman. I feel he did not mislead me intentionally but he just did not seem to have the training needed for the job. I was told there would be no cost to me and I have to pay $7,000.00 I was told they guarantee saving $65 a month for rentals and I purchased getting more panels and we are averaging about $45 a month in savings. I was told someone would show us how to read our meter and no one will return a call and no one has shown up to show us how to read the meter. I was told if I have a PoliGen party I would receive $500 for the party and an additional $100 for everyone that signed up. When my salesman called he said he had my $900 dollars but could not get it to me for he was getting married the next day. Three weeks later I called and he told me he would have to check and see where my money was. A couple of weeks later I got $500 and was told that was all I had earned. I signed 4 people and two actually got the panels so that was suppose to be another $200 to receive later. I did not get the $600 and a manager told me he would check into the issue for I should have got $900 and I have not heard back from him in a few weeks and again I can not get anyone to return a phone call. I was told if I did not have the energy efficiency test done I would get $2,000 back from the company. I choose not to have it done and have not got any credit or been able to speak to anyone. Basically the only thing that was professional about this company was the actual installing of the panels and electrical work. I feel everything else I was told was information that was not true. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemies.
