Their sales rep provided the very detailed contract I requested, specifying the quantities and models of panels, optimizers, inverter, mounting rails, etc., as well as dates for the work to begin and end, with the payments due at each stage. <br /><br />The inside engineer was also very helpful, researching and discussing the benefits and tradeoffs of several different solar equipment manufacturers, as well as analyzing the performance I could expect from the system during different times of the year due to my specific roof layout/orientation. <br /><br />Despite some very bad weather, the job was completed (between snow storms) as promised in late Dec 2014. The crew assigned seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the various parts and components, very organized and efficient while working in some very cold and windy conditions.<br /><br />A few months after install, an optimizer failed, but one phone call to Keller and it was quickly replaced at no cost. <br /><br />I had previously used Keller for porch repairs and roof shingling. They were not always the lowest quote I received, but they were close enough and so professional that I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends, family and neighbors looking for reliable, quality work.
