Initial system cost of $47k in 2009. Currently, batteries overheating causes system shut down.<br />Impossible to get ANY maintenance at OUR cost<br />from Vergona-Bowersox. I.E.: won't get any follow up to replace batteries, and determine source of problem. Won't return calls and make commitments they don't keep when we visit the office. Did not respond to BBB complaint; currently preparing add. complaints to government agencies. Do not deal <br />with ANY outfit displaying "VB" initials; these<br />are the same people.
