System has been in service for a month and no issues. Peak generation actually a little higher than expected for the design. A.M Sun Solar staff were very responsive to wife's concerns about panel layout and were able to add an additional panel at a very reasonable cost to resolve the issue. Can't rate after sales support yet, as follow-up meeting is scheduled for next week and we haven't had any concerns prompting support.
