Same bad experiences as other reviews.

We have had the same bad experiences as everyone else. It's not all been bad but a lot of it has. We signed the contract in July & had panels installed in beginning of Sept. We were told they should be operating by the end of October. Never heard a word from anyone. In the middle of Nov I started calling & was told there was a financing/investor issue on their end. I said what issue? The panels have already been installed, if there was an issue with financing then why were the panels installed? Our originally sales rep & account manager had left the company so we had no one to speak to directly. Called a couple more times in Nov & then just gave up in December. Finally in the beginning of January we were told they were coming to do the final work & we would have solar. Panels were activated middle of January. Two weeks later we received a call that one of them wasn't working & they needed to come out & fix it. Set up the appointment & then 30 min before the 4 hour service window was going to expire the tech called and said he couldn't make it so we had to reschedule. We did & finally have solar panels working now. It's been about a month. There just seems to be very poor communication. We were told a lot of wrong info & get told different things by different people. We are saving a lot on our electric bill now though, so like I said, it's not all bad but there is a lot of things you have to go through to get to the good
