IWS has been very conscientious in their efforts to meet our needs and desires. They have responded quickly to questions and (where possible) requests. Their sales representative, Brian, made several visits to our home and spent hours on our roof making measurements and performing sun-exposure analysis. After installation, they provided extensive information about the system they installed and about how to apply for federal and state rebates (including providing photos and diagrams to submit with the state application). Their instruction crew was respectful; however, they did err in the location of one group of panels (different from the designed location), but they returned within a few days and moved those panels to the correct location. They also needed a couple of trips to correctly install the wireless monitor, but that was accomplished successfully. When it became clear that we had understood some options and associated costs differently than they intended to convey, they were quick to discount the cost of a more costly option so that we didn't feel misled. Their total cost was very competitive with a number of vendors/installers that I also researched, and so far, the system seems to be working well.
