Poor management - no followm through

Good sales - poor follow through. <br />Drawings incomplete - documents not ready for inspectors <br />Installation errors - I had to chase them down before inspectors showed up <br />After being notified, and turning on the system, I found that there was no solar production. It took a week for someone to come out and eventually conclude that the inverters were turned off from corporate in Utah. It took another day to get them to turn it on. <br />The web site has very little data and must be checked 2 times a day to get all the available data. The web site is down more than it is up. Down 3 weeks of 4 last month.
