We are very happy with our Baker experience. Our sales person, Eric Gerza was exceptional. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He's what sold us on Baker. Their prices are very competitive and I feel we got a great system for a great value. During the permitting process, we were kept up to date with emails for every milestone reached. During the installation, we received emails telling us who would be at our house, when, and included photos of everyone involved, along with their contact info (they actually did this through the entire proces). The installation was done very professionally. The workers showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. All the duct work is through the attic so there isn't any conduit on the outside of our house. It was done soooo much better than our neighbors system that was completed by solar city. That was a total hack job if you ask me. The only things that were not 100% was the install was delayed by a week due to a miscommunication between 2 depts at Baker and they also installed an incorrect piece of the inverter. It was easy to swap them out and we had power the entire time so it was no big deal. Our final walk through guy, Paul, was great too. He was very friendly and explained things very well. All in all, I give my experience 4 3/4 stars and would readily recommend Baker to all of my friends and family, and have already done so.
