From the initial sales meeting to the activation of the system we had a great experience. I was continually impressed with the service and, even more, the level of communication. We always knew which stage we were at, whether any changes had to be made, what the implications were, etc. The process went very smoothly with a short delay that was the fault of the city permitting people. Overall very happy and happy with the system since it has been activated. The only real criticism I can come up with is that I wish I was informed how much the system output would vary over the year but with net metering that shouldn't prove to be a problem (we are at the minimum now but haven't been through a whole year to see our annual output).
