We started researching this back on Jan 1st. We have detailed bids and research from 8 or 9 companies that responded. To be honest, John`s bid was slightly higher than 2 other very similar solutions, but we chose John, because we felt we would get the best quality and service, and we are very happy with our choice. He has exceeded our expectations in every aspect of this installation and solution.<br />question above, "do this project work has increased the value of you building" Have someone proof read you questions, poor English.<br />We paid for the whole project, we will take care of incentives on our own.
