This company seemed great when we first met with them in July. They were taking lots of orders so unfortunately said we'd have to wait until early October for an install. The week of, we called to check in and were told we'd been bumped back to early November. Then it was late November. We finally got panels put up in the middle of December. <br /><br />Next step was to have an electrician hook them up. We took off work to let him in on a Friday morning and when he didn't show, we called and were told he'd have to bump it back to Saturday morning. Then it was Saturday afternoon. He finally showed up Tuesday under the promise that he'd stay and get it done that day. However, he only stayed 1 hour before leaving saying he'd be back in a couple hours. He never returned. We're now being told he'll come Friday, but I can't get a hold of anyone willing to put that in writing. <br /><br />I am desperately hoping that their product is better than their service and that they eventually decide to actually complete the work they've started.<br /><br />More people need to get solar and All Energy Solar is undercutting the industry by offering such terrible service. I now recommend that people buy into solar gardens rather than deal with someone coming to their home to put up panels. If they are set on getting them in their home, I cannot recommend All Energy Solar at all. <br /><br />We are very disappointed in their lack of service.
