Sales person was encouraging and presented several design options based on highest efficiency, overall costs, and lowest payback time. I went with the all-Washington components. Installation was on time and met electrical inspector's approval. Installers were cheerful and willing to explain how the system worked and pointers on operating the system. Follow-up from the company has not been as thorough as I would like.
