I had a goofy electrical wish list including a 240 V line to garage for a future electric car, a critical load panel, and also a power line back from the garage to critical load panel to use said hybrid vehicle to power the critical load panel. They did not bat an eye and their electrician took a great "can do" attitude and also did not retaliate financially. The whole thing was actually amazingly financially reasonable and passed inspection with out any revisions at all. -would have been nice to meet the electrician earlier in the process both for his sake and for certain technical details which were over the sales person's and my head.
