My experience with Tim and Joan at Fire Mountain was as good as it gets! Zero pressure, lots of info including a short seminar, excellent communication, timely install, no mess. There was a supply delay for my inverters and they upgraded me to another better brand at no cost. Joan has been patient with me and is very helpful with the refund and incentive paperwork routine. Overall could not be happier!
