I was looking for a solar installer to provide a system to cover the additional energy usage from my electric car, what I found were excellence, professionalism, and honesty from start to finish. Intermountain Wind and Solar started by educating us about solar and the best in the industry products they sell. They let us set the pace and answered every question we had, there was no rush to sign on the first meeting. After gathering 6 competing quotes over several weeks and after sending out a 30 point questionnaire to all 6 installers, Intermountain Wind and Solar came out on top with the best company longevity, personnel, quality of product and installation history; and their price knocked the socks off the rest of the competition. During the one day install we were able to interact with their master electrician, their certified solar installers (they don't contract-out the install team, all were company employees) and their project manager. We learned even more about what's going on behind those solar panels and the inter-connection between our solar produced energy and the utility provided energy. We also walked with our city inspector as she raved about Intermountain Wind and Solar's “time and time again flawless installationsâ€. From our first introduction to the company to their guided help with our state and federal tax credit forms; this is the only company we would recommend for the perfect solar installation experience.
