After my wife and I decided to go solar, we began learning more about solar and getting quotes from local companies.<br /><br />We chose Synergy Power because they had a lower but fair price and because they didn't have the "used car" approach to sales. One company rep excused himself and went outside for a few minutes and then came back and said his supervisor had authorized a $500 discount. Not Synergy Power. They quoted a price and that was it. No haggling or bargaining on price.<br /><br />They had an engineer look at our roof to be sure it would support the weight of the panels. They kept us informed of the progress and delays so we knew what to expect and when to expect it.

There was a three-week delay in getting the panels, but the problem was with the manufacturer who couldn't keep up with the demand. Chad gave us the option to go with another vendor, but we chose to remain with our original choice and wait for the panels.
