Delays and Poor Communication but Great Installation quality
Wish I could give this company higher marks, but the incredible delays, lack of communication and poor customer service, really overshadowed the good sales experience and excellent quality of the installation. Sadly, I am still unable to use the system because of administrative delays like the project manager not getting the electrical inspection certificate and forwarding it to my electric company. The project manager is unresponsive to the point of incompetence. Why did it take two weeks to get a certificate that I was told would take two days. I was never given an explanation. Why did it require threatening correspondence to get an install date a month after what I was promised. It's just bad business and is costing me time and money. I can't recoup any of my investment until I can turn on the system. This is so frustrating. The entire process has been frustrating.
