Pool solar heater

We have had nothing but terrible service from Sierra Pacific. We had heat pump and pool solar water put in.<br /> We felt our pool was not heating up enough. We eventually had a service call from “Jeff”. He thinks everything is working mechanically okay and that the only problem might be the sizing of the system. This is now our conclusion also. Jeff said he would go back to the office and check the file to see what the surface area of the pool as determined when the bid was submitted. I suspect there are no measurements in the file and that the salesman just guessed based on his experience.<br /> Jeff never called back. I called and complained and still no call back. A second call to your office and they finally had Jeff call me. He apologized, as he remembered his promise to check the file. This was a Friday and he said he would check the file and call us Monday or Tuesday (20th or 21st ). He even said he was calling the office and having a reminder set up. So now it is Tuesday evening and no call back.<br /> <br /> At this point we feel our system was under sized for some reason, not sue why maybe to undercut the competition, ego of the salesman, ???. The salesman did not measure, did not consider all the waterfalls, spa, and wading area, etc. The other bid we obtained estimated an 8 panel system, but your team insisted we only needed 6. Based on the criteria regarding panels to surface area provided by “Jeff” we have determined we should have had and 8-10 panel system. If we are correct or even close that would explain the underperformance.
