Very Poor Customer Service

I had my solar system installed in June of 2011. We researched many installers however we decided to go with Astrum only because it was an established company. The sales and instalation went quickly and efficiently. Communication via phone and emails were awesome keeping us up to date with instal progress. <br />In the the summer of 2012 some of our panels stopped producing so I contacted Astrums customer service. After several emails and phone calls I received no response. Finally after calling for several weeks I received a call back and was told some of my micro inverters were bad and needed to be replaced and that they would send someone out to take a look at them. A month went by with no one showing up and no communication. In the mean time more micro inverters failed to operate. I started calling again over and over with no call back.<br />Finally after multiple calls again, around September 2012 Astrums customer service tells me they were out and tells me again the micro inverters need to be replaced however they did not have an idea of when they could come out. After telling customer service that it is absolutely rediculous that I have to wait so long to even get a call back, he tells me they are too busy with new installs and we would be placed on a waiting list. <br /><br />Wow that made me feel really good and appreciated. <br /><br />March 2013 Astrum finally shows up and replaces the bad micro inverters. <br /><br />Its now September 2014, three more micro inverters have stopped working in the spring 2014 and Astrum Customer service has not responded to my calls. What a shock!!!<br /><br />Many people stop by my house and ask about the solar system. I tell everyone Its great to have but I do caution about Astrums Customer Service.
