don't seem to know what they're doing

admittedly installation is not yet complete but from every indicator this is going to have turned out to be nightmare of a contract. Friendly enough but no substance with regard to customer care or information follow through. They talk fast and cash checks quickly. They act slow and have tons of excuses. Am thinking with a 17k contract we will ultimately end up in court.<br />Oh and did I mention their chief electrical engineer was trying to talk me out of battery back up system saying it was "dated"? This after the contract and 30k deposit has been put down. Need I say more?
