Bad customer service

The customer service on this company is far below par. Every thing went great from the sales up to the installation,when it came time to the install there was almost zero communication from Horizon, I had to call them for any and all updates. A few examples 1) they called to let me know the install would start on a Wednesday between 9-11 and take 2-3 days to complete, I made arrangements to have somebody there to meet them, sometime after 12 I was called and told they wont be there until the next day. 2) installers showed up as promised on Thursday, put in a full days work and left. On Tuesday morning when I called I was told they would be there that morning(they were)and finished a couple days later. 3)I was left a message from Horizon that i needed to call SCE and arrange for a meter swap, when i called SCE they told me They need to talk to Horizon and I should not be the one calling. 4) the install has been complete for over a month now and except for the calls i have placed to them to find out about when the damage to a wall will be fixed i have not herd a single word from them (the wall is still not repaired)<br />Bottom line, everything with this company was great up until the actual install. I am not sure who runs that department but it truly needs some help. The actual install was very good and professional, but the communication gets a 0 out of 10.<br />I would only recommend this company if you have the time and patience to babysit the install department.
