Review for Fidelity Home Energy (Out of Business)

Excellent service

Our experience with Fidelity Home Energy has been excellent from the beginning. The first time their rep came out, we were not "sold" on solar. Fidelity does not try to sell you on the maximum number of panels they can. They simply advise you on the number of panels you need to bring your electric bill down in to the lower tier, where the rates are less. We liked the product and warranty, but had to consider the cost of solar. Another rep came out the next week and answered all of our questions, and was able to work with us on a pricing model that fit for us. After we signed our agreement - one week later our Association had received the request for architecture approval for the installation. Once the Association approved it, Fidelity was ready to install within a week. Two weeks after installation - we were approved by the City and the electric company to activate the system. I was amazed how quickly the process went (it took our neighbors several months between installation and activation with the solar company they used). Everyone we have communicated with at Fidelity has been pleasant and professional. There was regular communication throughout the process - no feeling of being forgotten. If you are thinking about solar - definately talk to Fidelity before you make a final decision.
