Poor customer service

So, I had my solar panels for a year and they operated great. Then had one inverter go out and within about a month CST had replaced it. Now back in January 2014 I had another inverter fail. CST reported that Envoy was having problems with the inverters but it should be fixed soon. It is now May 2014 and NOTHING has been done. I have contacted their repair department several times and either they don't respond or they state it will be fixed soon. I am losing power and money and CST doesn't seem to care. I love my solar panels when they are working but it looks as if either CST or ENVOY is trying to wear me down. My next step is to contact the BBB.
