I have spent the last 33 years working as the Senior Nuclear Electrician when I retired with San Onefre Nuclear Generating Plant in San Clemente, CA.<br /><br />When I purchased the 32 panel system for my home, the whole process was easy for me. They did everything they promised, the time from when I said start, till completion was done with no drama or interference to my family's day to day activities. <br /><br />The Installer contracted for my home is a young man, Robert Smith. He showed up with plans in hand, climbed on my roof and assessed if it will work accordingly. Immediately as a good craftsman he had to make adjustments to the plans. <br /><br />Speaking for my self, working and cleaning as you go, being careful of other people stuff as if it is valuable and is yours is the way I have been taught. This was the same respect that was given to me by Robert Smith. The work is very tedious and requires a great effort physically, and technical skills to see it through. When he completed it all in a week, just him and his helper, I was very impressed. <br /><br />I am very please with the overall experience.<br />Thank you,<br />Charles Graham
