Initially I was very pleased with my service from Solartek, however, my opinion has changed and this site gives no way to update your review. I have since had difficulty with the bank that they financed us through, the amount of energy generated, and am having to finance additional $5500 because they did not disclose that the federal credit won't come all in one tax year. I feel they should have disclosed the tax credit info at the time of purchase. The finance company signed me up for additional accounts that I later find out I don't need, but am charged fees for. I also might get the energy promised, but that is questionable at this point.
