Despite the contracted workers, installers, and inspectors doing a fantastic job professional, efficient, and genuinely impressive my overall experience with SunVena has been extremely disappointing. I was promised a $1,000 Veteran sign-on bonus by the salesperson, James N., at the time of signing. Since 10/13, I have reached out to James N. and SunVena more than a dozen times with no progress, no updates, and no follow-through. Unfortunately, the greedy sales tactics and the lack of responsiveness from customer service have completely overshadowed the hard work of the installation teams. Due to this ongoing lack of follow-up, I cannot in good faith recommend a company that does not deliver on its promises. As a result, I will be leaving a 1-star review.
