I love my system! Installation was quick and all of the installers were professional, respectful of my time, and courteous. My only hiccup was with Andy, the scheduler. He forgot that my system was not fully commissioned so that I could monitor the system via web. I made a few phone calls and the issue was resolved in 2 days. Wayne, the salesman, came by after the monitoring issue to ensure everything was working properly and to make sure I was taken care of.
