I was more than pleased with the installation done by Boston Solar. We had panels over our garage and our family room, at opposites of the house installed in January They made the connection between the two sides from inside the cellar. The install itself was completed in two days and they came back and they explained everything very well. We went live with the system in April and every month to date we have generated more electricity than we use, and we get a credit on our bill each month. We purchased our system, the payback is about 6 years, well worth it since we intend to be in this house for some time. Just a word to the wise, the process takes a while, from initial investigation of your house for solar, to install and the permits and inspections from various places like the city. Ours took about 7 months, but we were told upfront this would be the case. Patience is a virtue. We generate as much as 5.5 KW per hour when it is completely sunny; we have 18 panels at 250 watts each,info for the technical folks and seem to average 20-25 KWH per day.I could not be happier.
