Verde Solar Power installed solar panels for us five years ago, and it's been super. It's been really good. I had some problems to begin with, because the inverter wasn't picking up. But Greg and I worked out a deal, and he got it working.
Everything's fully automatic. You don't have to do anything, that's what I really like about it. When you go away, you don't have to do anything and you're making money the whole time you're away. The solar panel takes the excess energy and sells it back to the company. I was just away for a month, so I'm way ahead - 1,258 kilowatts ahead.
I encourage everyone I speak with to go with solar panels. I can't really speak to what you might receive going with Verde Solar Power now, because they might have different programs. I got a letter from APS saying I was grandfathered in with the original rate, and I think APS is trying to get an uneven exchange.... read more
