The team as Kasselman were great to work with and used all the experience they have gained as electricians in this new industry. It all started with the insistence on meeting face to face to talk about their solution, the costs, the differentiators etc. and continued with an incredible, professional installation team, a project manager who communicated very well, and ended with the CEO coming to drop off and setup the last few pieces. All in all it was well worth it and I cannot wait to upgrade to grid tied battery system when it comes out. The technology is cutting edge, with micro-inverters, and web based monitoring. If there was any tiny piece I could ding them on, it was the fact that I was lost with the financing through NYSERDA and the third party bridge piece.
