First of all, I am a researcher by nature, so I did a lot of research and met with representatives of different solar installers before deciding to move forward with Exact Solar. This includes the big ones such as Solar City and NRG and the smaller companies. From the very beginning of my discussions with Mark and Dara at Exact Solar, I knew they were different. They didn't seem to force us into a lease, a PPA, or to buy, but instead laid out our options and explained the pros and cons of each.
We decided to purchase using the PSEG solar loan program and federal tax rebate to offset the cost. Mark was incredibly helpful in steering us through the paperwork and ensuring the project remained on track. He made going solar so much easier, taking the onus off of us. I am so appreciative!
Now that the panels are installed, I can also say the workmanship seems to be impeccable. Mark and the team clearly know what they are doing as well as being super great to work with.
