Installation of solar panels not in accordance with company's diagram. Asked to sign agreement in blank being told it would be completed later. I insisted it be completed in full before I signed.
The company calls when no readings are available. On four occasions, the reps ask the same questions & have me do the same things, obviously expecting different answers. On each occasion I was told a technician would be sent out. None showed. Supervisor took responsibility for case, but no tech would be available for 15 days. Unit has been active for about 7 days in the last 30.
Had to give credit card info three times so far. Initial was destroyed; second was misentered after given verbally to rep; hopefully the third time it was entered correctly.... read more
