During the discovery process, I researched and sent out multiple request for quotes to different solar installers in the Los Angeles area. Within 5 minutes of sending an e-mail, I got an e-mail and a phone call from Ara with LA Solar Group. After going through multiple quotes, we decided to go forward with LA Solar Group because of their competitive pricing and their excellent/professional/honest customer service. Ara explained all aspects of the solar installation thoroughly (rebate information, installation procedure, warranty or pricing). The entire quote was sent to us in a nice package with all information included, including the equipment datasheet.
The installation went very well and exceeded all expectations. They went above and beyond as they cleaned up after themselves including making sure the area they worked at was in a better condition then when they first started. Their installation is professional and made sure it was also cosmetically beautiful.
