My experience was similar to the one described in sleepy guy's review. Rex did a good job of advising me on a system for my house, and he was very responsive to my questions.
After getting an HOA approval letter and forwarding it to Longhorn Solar, I got a call from Adam to schedule an installation date. That morning came, but nobody showed up. I called Adam, and he said that I wasn't on his schedule for that day. So we scheduled it for a couple of days later, but once again, nobody showed up. The installation happened the following week while I was away at work. I thought I needed to be home for the installation because a network cable had to be run into my house for the monitoring service. It turned out the network cable is a last step after the system is running. I wish I had known this. Instead, I worried unnecessarily about trying to be home for the installation of the panels. In any case, I feel like they should have called if the installation wasn't going to happen as scheduled.
