I really have come to love this company. We have been speaking to solar companies for years, and this team was very straightforward with us.
There were no hidden fees, their staff was able to answer more questions about different types of technology than other sales folks we talked to. And they didn't harass us with sales calls either. It felt less like a sales process and more just informative.
They are obsessive about staff training and it really shows. Have had our panels in for just over a year now, and the team has been with us every step of the way.
Would recommend this team over and over again. In fact, right now we're thinking of adding a pool to our property and a rock wall, and we wish Energy Concepts would diversify a little so that we could just know someone would show up on time, be honest and straightforward and do a good job! - Just kidding, we now you all can't do that, but thanks for the great work.... read more
