My wife and I were considering a backup electrical source after hurricane Sandy knocked out our electricity for 3 or 4 days. After looking at a whole house generator we decided invest just a few more dollars and get something more sustainable, and ultimately more economical.
We decided to install solar electric with a 2 to 4 day backup supply from battery power. I contacted 3 or 4 solar contractors.
Exact Solar was the one I chose for multiple reasons, but the main thing was I was very happy with Marks responsiveness. I had contacted other contractors who just looked at my property on Google Earth and decided not to bother with a quote, even after I told them the picture on Google was out of date.
Mark made the effort and we are now enjoying a non existent electric bill.
The job was scheduled around my needs and done within my somewhat limited window of available time.
