Rip and company were very professional. What's more my wife and I liked their helpful attitudes. We had some pilot light issues, unrelated to the solar installation and Rip very willingly helped us get the light going.
More specifics:
(1) Solar Plexus underestimated the cost of the installation by $500 and was willing to eat the cost of the overrun. That speaks highly of their commitment to ethical dealings with their customers.
(2) Later in the summer we ran into a product issue unrelated to the work Solar Plexus did for us. Solar Plexus then went back to the Mfr and worked with them to diagnose and fix the problem.
(3) Being new to Solar power, we were/are quite naïve yet Solar Plexus was always willing, supportive, and VERY responsive to our questions and other issues.
